Some years ago a language teacher advised me to keep a diary as written English exercise. I decided instead to start this blog in order to pursue, at the same time, another fundamental objective: to express day by day what I think about everything (mainly complaints). Later on, I added a memory preserving function. Corrections, suggestions and comments are welcomed.

Champoluc, rifugio Ferraro: ‘polenta dei vecchi’

‘Polenta for old people’, it was so good that I finished it before taking a photo…..

NB in July I will travel through Italy from Aosta to Maratea and at each stop will try to find a local specialty to present.
